CBB Sukuk Al-Salam Securities Oversubscribed
Manama, Bahrain - 25 June 2012 - The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announces that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities for the BD 18 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days, has been oversubscribed by 167%.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 27 June 2012 and matures on 26 September 2012, is 1.14%.
The securities are issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This is issue No. 134 of Sukuk Al-Salam securities.
