The General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI) said it is organising a Seminar on Credit Ratings themed: “Focus on Islamic Banks and Sukuk Ratings Methodology”, The event will highlight innovations in Islamic finance, including green sukuk, which has attracted cumulative interest from investors in Islamic and traditional finance sectors. Green Sukuk is a new market for Islamic finance, catering to the needs of investors in the responsible and sustainable finance sector, which has been one of the major trends of recent global investments.
